You can book a session through our website by filling out the booking form in the “Book Your Healing” section. Select your preferred service or package, choose your healer (optional), pick a date and time, and submit your request. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and provide payment instructions.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. For yoga and meditation sessions, please wear appropriate athletic wear. For purification ceremonies, you may be provided with traditional attire. Avoid wearing heavy jewelry or accessories.
No. All services provided by Beji Healing are spiritual and holistic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Individual results may vary.
Yes, you may request a specific healer when booking. However, if your preferred healer is unavailable at your chosen time, we will offer alternatives with similar expertise. You may also select “Any Available Healer” to be assigned to the next available certified practitioner.
We accept cash (Indonesian Rupiah), bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and digital payments (GoPay, OVO, DANA). Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to confirm your booking.
Some services are safe during pregnancy, including gentle meditation and certain blessing ceremonies. However, services involving intense energy work, deep tissue manipulation, or strenuous physical activity are not recommended.
Please inform us of your pregnancy when booking, and we will advise on suitable services.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refund. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 24 hours notice.
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please speak with our center manager immediately after your service. We will address your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Yes, gift vouchers are available for all individual services and packages. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. The recipient can book their preferred date and time by contacting us with the voucher code.
Yes, we provide complimentary parking for our clients. Our facility has a dedicated parking area that can accommodate cars and motorbikes. For larger groups, please inform us in advance so we can arrange additional parking space.
Yes, we offer customized group sessions for corporate wellness programs, retreat groups, and private events. Group discounts are available for bookings of 5 or more participants. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to discuss your requirements and receive a customized quote.
Our healers are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Some healers also speak Balinese, Japanese, and Mandarin. Please specify your language preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
