Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Beji Healing, we value your time and our healers’ commitment to providing a meaningful and personalized wellness experience.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded. By booking a session through bejihealing.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
All bookings made through bejihealing.com are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
This deposit is used to reserve the time slot with the healer, instructor, or facilitator and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations made by the guest.
However, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled session if the rescheduling request is made in accordance with the policy stated below.
Guests may cancel their booking under the following conditions:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
Eligible for a refund of the paid amount excluding the non-refundable deposit. - Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
The booking cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. - No-show (failure to attend without prior notice):
The booking will be considered completed and non-refundable.
Guests may request to reschedule their session if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the healer or instructor. The non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
- Clients are expected to arrive on time according to their scheduled appointment.
- If a client arrives late, the session may still proceed depending on the healer’s availability.
- If the healer’s schedule is not fully booked, the client may still receive the full session duration.
- If the healer has other appointments scheduled, the session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next clients.
- The session fee remains the same even if the session duration is shortened due to late arrival.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment, depending on the healer’s discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
- In certain exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, adjustments to the appointment may be made at the discretion of the healer or management.
- Situations such as severe weather, traffic disruptions, health conditions, or other unavoidable events may be considered valid reasons for flexibility.
- In such cases, the healer or management may offer rescheduling, adjustment of session duration, or other reasonable arrangements when possible.
- Each situation will be evaluated individually to ensure fairness for both the client and the healer.
- We appreciate clients informing us as early as possible if they encounter unexpected circumstances that may affect their arrival time.
